NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We’re pleased to invite Exceleration Triathlon & Multisport Society members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 6, 2025.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: Thursday November 6th, 2025
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Online via Zoom, check your inbox for the Zoom invite sent October 5th
We are required to have a minimum of 25 members (virtually) present to conduct business. If we don’t meet this threshold, we will not be able to run the meeting and will have to reschedule until quorum is met. We would really appreciate you putting this in your calendar and planning to attend!
The AGM is your chance to:
- Hear highlights from the past year
- Review our financial statements
- Learn about upcoming plans and priorities
- Vote in new Board members and/or stand for election
- Connect with other members and celebrate our community
BOARD ELECTIONS
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a Board position, please contact Alan Le Couteur (president@excelerationtriclub.ca). Our board oversees the direction and administration of the club, develops the contracts for coaches, organizes events throughout the year, applies for grants to subsidize program costs, coordinates fundraising efforts, and sets policies and procedures for the benefit of all Exceleration members.
VOLUNTEER WITH A COMMITTEE
Not ready to serve on the Board? You can still make a difference! We’re looking for volunteers to join club committees that support our programs and events, including:
- Fundraising Committee
- 25th Anniversary Committee
Committee volunteers do not require election — just enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute. We are particularly interested in having members with event-planning experience join the 25th anniversary committee!
