Advanced KOS and YOS Summer!
Keep Fit or Keep Training with Exceleration
Athletes in our Advanced Kids of Steel (AdKOS) and Youth of Steel (YOS) programs are invited to stay active, build skills, and keep moving with our Summer Programming.
Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness or take your training to the next level, we’ve got a program to match your goals: Keep Fit or Keep Training.
Choose a tier and drop in any day you like to max out the practices you have paid for.
Practices will be at Templeton Park Pool (M-W-F-S) and Sasamat Lake (Sundays). Expect a mix of structured workouts, adventure-based training, and fun with your teammates.
Participation is included for all Yearly athletes, and available to all AdKOS and YOS athletes through Amilia at a super low cost.
AdKOS Practice Options:
- Wednesdays at Templeton (Time TBA)
- Sundays at Sasamat (8:00–9:45am)
→ Keep Fit: 6 sessions
→ Keep Training: 10 sessions
YOS Practice Options:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings with the Youth Group (Time TBA)
- Sundays at Sasamat (8:00–10:00am)
→ Keep Fit: 7 sessions
→ Keep Training: 12 sessions
