Exceleration Triathlon is pleased to offer
Summer camps.
Registration is OPEN!
Our weekly camps are filled with awesome neighbourhood adventures, active outdoor games, community-building themes and fun STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) activities. We have daily bike trips around the neighbourhood that will improve your athlete’s skills, stamina and road-safety knowledge. Our non-competitive program focuses on building physical literacy, respectful community, and social responsibility. Participants will be introduced to a wide variety of sport skills in a fun, multi-movement environment!
Essential Information
Helmets are ALWAYS mandatory! Athletes must wear their helmets whenever they are touching their bike, including when walking the bike to and from the parking lot, bike racks and transition. We ask that parents wear a helmet when moving bikes to role model the correct behaviour, or allow their helmeted athlete to handle their own bicycle. Athletes will receive reminders when this important policy (and law) is not followed.
All of our programs start and finish at Templeton Park.
ALL CAMP PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP!

for Full Day Camp: $ 370
Half Day Camp: $ 205
(cost for 3- and 4-day camps prorated)
Triathlon swimming will be included in all of our Full Day and Half Day Camps.
- In order to participate in the swim portion, athletes must be comfortable in the water and demonstrate self-save skills.
- SELF SAVE SKILLS include: swimming comfortably on their back (5-10m), treading water 10-15 seconds (and longer), and basic endurance swimming (e.g. 15-25m swim or kick with flotation).
- There will be a dryland-option for athletes who do not meet the swim requirements.
Camp Age Groups
Exceleration summer camps are available for athletes in the following birth years:
- Adventure Tri – athletes born in 2018 and 2019 **Note, athletes MUST have finished Kindergarten to participate
- Kids of Steel – athletes born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
- TRAINING CAMP (Aug. 11-15) – athletes born in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015
*We have volunteer-coaching leadership opportunities available for youth born in 2012 or earlier (finished Grade 7). Please, contact admin@excelerationtriclub.ca and koachkristine@gmail.com for more information.
SUMMER SCHEDULE 2025
- July 2-4 – 3 days only (Canada Day)
- July 7-11 – Full Day Camp 9:00am – 4:00pm
- July 14 – 18 – Full Day 9:00am-4:00pm
- July 21- 25 – Full Day Camp 9:00am-4:00pm
- July 28 to August 1 – Full Day 9:00am-4:00pm
- August 5 – 8 – 4 days only (BC Day) – Full Day Camp 9:00am-4:00pm
- August 11 – 15 – Half Day Camp 9:00am-Noon + Full Day (9-4) TRAINING-BASED CAMP* (details below)
*We have created a specialized 1-week training-based Competition Preparation Camp for athletes 10-14 who are training to compete. The camp will be full day sessions and will include open water swimming, transition training, and seminars on nutrition, growth, planning and RESPECT in sport. Registration is now open. The camp runs from August 11th to August 15th.

Exceleration Summer Camp Cancellation Policy: Contact admin@excelerationtriclub.ca to receive a 50% refund within 14 days of registering. After 14 days no refund will be issued unless your request includes documentation supporting a change of circumstances beyond your control.
What do we do at the Camps?
- Each week has a theme.
- Every day is an adventure.
- Bike Tour De East Van as we visit different destinations each morning.
- Create amazing structures, shelters, machines, art, and more with surprise group challenges.
- Try out new games, teams, and meet new friends.
- Swim practice each day.
- Do a full triathlon on Friday for prizes!
- Participants need to bring their own bikes, helmets, swim gear and applicable equipment.
