The schedule for both days of Tri-it Triathlon activities is below. 

Updates may occur during the race day as needed to accommodate changes based on race finishes. 

Tri-it Tri 2026 includes a new BC Games Qualifying Race!

IMPORTANT INFO!

Bikes need to be in transition 60-45 min. before your heat start time.

  • Attend your mandatory race briefing, 15min before your heat on the pool deck.
  • Parents will have a pool deck spectating area, do not cross the barrier unless buddying with a child.
  • NO PHOTOGRAPHY in the pool area.
  • Hang around for draw prizes and awards. Awards begin 30 minutes after the last finisher.

Please note, Race Start times below are not EXACT. They will be updated to reflect the final number of heats and racers in each division.

Your final race start time will appear on your athlete's bib when you pick up your race package.

Free Bike Check is at Templeton, outside the Activity Room.

We advocate parking at Templeton and walking to RBC (5 blocks total) or riding your bike!

The Course

Swim in Templeton Park Pool (25m indoor pool). Toddler Tri’s will swim or wade 10m in a shallow teach pool.

Bike a 1.2km loop around the Temp neighbourhood. Completely flat, but some challenging corners. Toddler tri athletes will bike 500m on the sidewalk.

Run a flat route around the school and along part of the Trans Canada Trail. Toddler Tri athletes will run a shorter route within the track area.

Finish
TRIumphantly on the track, claim your gold medal and Exceleration’s famous prize package. Turn around and cheer the next person to the line!
