Annual General Meeting

You’re part of the team!

If you or your child is participating in one of our programs then you are a member of our society. In fact, as per our bylaws, coaches, adult athletes and parents of child athletes in current and recent Exceleration programs are all members of Exceleration Triathlon and Multisport Club. 

At our AGM you’ll hear updates from our board or directors and lead coaches. You’ll also have the chance to nominate and vote for new board members. Our board consists of parent volunteers who oversee the direction and administration of the club, develop the contracts for all the coaches, organize events throughout the year, and set policies and procedures for the benefit of all Exceleration members. This is your opportunity to help shape Exceleration by bringing your ideas and getting involved. Parent involvement (along with excellent coaching) is key to the success of this club – our volunteer board would love to have your voice. 

Our next Annual General Meeting is on:

November 28, 2024, at 7:00pm.  

All Members will be emailed Zoom details on November 14th.
