Tanya first joined us as a Community Champion a couple of years ago, and we're so grateful she's stepped up her support as we celebrate 25 years of Exceleration. That kind of returning commitment says a lot β€” and it means the world to our club and our athletes.

Based in Surrey, BC, Bee3 Fitness is the passion project of coach and holistic nutritionist Tanya Jones. Bee3 takes a whole-person approach to sport performance, offering multisport coaching, strength and conditioning, holistic nutrition consulting, and group training. Whether you're chasing your first triathlon finish or dialling in your race-day fuelling plan for a 70.3, Tanya meets athletes wherever they are and helps them get where they want to go.

What really stands out about Bee3 is the emphasis on community. Tanya runs popular group spin sessions through the winter months, hosts triathlon training camps in Osoyoos each spring, and writes about topics like sport nutrition on her Nourishing Performance blog. Her clients rave about her ability to adapt to different fitness levels, her responsiveness, and the way she balances serious coaching with genuine warmth and encouragement.
