Some sponsors come to us through connections, others through a shared love of sport—but when Tiger Devine reached out to support the Tri-it Triathlon, it was personal. His child is part of our Exceleration community, and after seeing the confidence, growth, and joy the program has brought to their family, Tiger wanted to give back. That’s a full-circle moment that means the world to us.

Devine Arboriculture is a locally owned and operated tree care business proudly based in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Led by certified arborist Tiger Devine, the company specializes in professional, no-nonsense tree services—everything from pruning and removals to risk assessments and long-term tree health plans.

They take a holistic approach to tree care, working to balance the needs of urban environments with the health of natural ecosystems. Their goal? To manage that delicate interface with integrity, adhering to industry best practices and municipal bylaws every step of the way. Tiger brings a level of care and expertise that’s hard to miss. He doesn’t just show up with a chainsaw—he shows up with knowledge, honesty, and a strong commitment to doing things right.

Like many small businesses just getting started, Devine Arboriculture is working hard to build its name in the community. But what’s already clear is the heart behind the work. Tiger’s not interested in shortcuts or scare tactics. He’s interested in healthy trees, safe homes, and strong relationships with the people he serves.

Scroll through Instagram for snapshots of Tiger’s day-to-day in the field (and a pretty impressive transformation timelapse!) It’s clear that this is more than just a job—it’s a craft. Check out Devine Arboriculture’s Facebook page, too, for practical tips, thoughtful walk-throughs, and a peek behind the scenes of what real arborist work looks like.

We’re so grateful to have Devine Arboriculture on board as part of our 2025 sponsor family. Sponsors like Tiger help us keep this event accessible for families, exciting for participants, and rooted in the values we care about most—growth, resilience, and community connection.

If you’ve got trees that could use some expert attention, we hope you’ll reach out to Tiger and his team at devinearboriculture.ca. You’ll be supporting a great local business—and a proud triathlon parent, too.

Thank you, Devine Arboriculture, for helping us grow something incredible—together.
